About Us
The Lake at Manchac is a residential subdivision located in northern Ascension parish. The subdivision is fully built-out and contains 98 single-family homes with a central pond and green space.

The neighborhood's seven streets are Abita Ave., Acadia Way Ave., Caroline Ct., Desoto St., Lake at Manchac Blvd., Laurel Hill Dr., and W. Swamp Rd. that have "no outlet:". West Swamp Road provides both subdivision homes and formal entry into the subdivision. The subdivision is conveniently located minutes away from the major arteries of Interstate 10, Airline Highway, and Highway 73.
The Lake at Manchac enjoys one of the lowest crime rates in the area and provides an excellent environment for raising your family or enjoying retirement.
